Technical scope before logistics
Identify the exact reference, revision and application before comparing transport or delivery options. A fast quotation for the wrong revision creates more downtime, not less.
A useful evidence package includes the manufacturer name, exact part number, quantity, equipment context, destination country and any available nameplate photo, drawing or datasheet.

Commercial review
State the destination, requested quantity and required documentation. Quotation validity, currency, Incoterms, lead time and warranty terms should be evaluated as part of the response.
