01

Technical scope before logistics

Identify the exact reference, revision and application before comparing transport or delivery options. A fast quotation for the wrong revision creates more downtime, not less.

A useful evidence package includes the manufacturer name, exact part number, quantity, equipment context, destination country and any available nameplate photo, drawing or datasheet.

02

Commercial review

State the destination, requested quantity and required documentation. Quotation validity, currency, Incoterms, lead time and warranty terms should be evaluated as part of the response.

Axiparts operates as an independent RFQ and sourcing platform. Eligible requests can be reviewed through US and European stock/fulfillment channels, fast worldwide door-to-door dispatch planning and quotation-level shipping-cost handling, while manufacturer names remain descriptive identifiers and do not imply affiliation.

Frequently asked questions

Can one RFQ include several brands?

Yes. A structured list or spreadsheet can be uploaded, provided each line keeps its brand, part number and quantity.

Is availability shown in real time?

No availability promise is inferred from a page. Supply and lead time are confirmed during RFQ review.
