User Data Deletion Instructions

Users may request deletion of data submitted to Axiparts through website forms, RFQ requests, account connections or communication channels.

How to request deletion

Send an email to info@axiparts.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request”. Please include the email address or business contact details used when submitting your request so we can identify the relevant records.

Processing

We will review the request and delete eligible data unless retention is required for legal, accounting, security, fraud prevention or legitimate business compliance reasons.
