Identification before sourcing
The process begins with the manufacturer name, complete part number, quantity, delivery country and any available nameplate, drawing or datasheet. The original punctuation and suffixes remain attached to the request.
Axiparts checks whether the evidence identifies a usable purchasing reference. Missing voltage, revision, seal, mounting or interface information may trigger a clarification request.

Reviewed commercial response
Supplier-side availability, lead time, price, documentation, US/EU stock or fulfillment options, delivery requirements and shipping-cost handling are reviewed after identification. A web reference is not treated as live inventory.
The initial RFQ response target is 0–4 hours. Final commercial terms depend on the requested item, quantity, destination and supplier response.
