01

State document requirements early

Buyers should specify the destination country and any requested invoice, packing, origin, conformity, transport or customs documentation when submitting the RFQ.

Axiparts records those requirements with the item and quantity so availability and document feasibility can be reviewed together.

02

Written confirmation

Document availability is confirmed in the quotation or subsequent written communication. A general page cannot guarantee that every certificate exists for every reference.

Export-control, sanctions, end-use and destination checks may require additional information before an order can proceed.

Frequently asked questions

Are certificates guaranteed for every product?

No. Required documents must be requested and confirmed for the exact quoted reference.

Does this page claim live stock or manufacturer authorization?

No. Axiparts is an independent RFQ-based sourcing platform. Availability and any transaction-specific authorization are confirmed separately in writing.
