Evidence reviewed
The sourcing team reviews the supplier identity, quotation details, product reference, documentation availability and commercial consistency appropriate to the request.
High-risk discrepancies in part number, product condition, country, documentation or payment terms are escalated instead of being silently normalized.

Verification does not create manufacturer authorization and does not make an alternative compatible. Brand names remain identification references belonging to their owners.
