How Axiparts handles RFQ and contact data

We may collect business contact details, company information, product request details, part numbers, technical notes, delivery requirements and communication records provided voluntarily by users.

How we use information

Information is used to process quotation requests, verify product requirements, communicate with suppliers or logistics partners where required, improve services and respond to customer inquiries.

Analytics and cookies

If a visitor allows analytics cookies, Axiparts may use Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and Yandex Metrica to understand aggregate site usage, heatmaps, session behavior and search-market performance. Advertising storage remains disabled and preferences can be changed from the cookie settings control.

Data sharing

We do not sell personal data. Information may be shared only where necessary for quotation handling, sourcing, logistics coordination, compliance, fraud prevention or legal obligations.

Data deletion

Users may request deletion of submitted data by emailing [email protected] with the subject "Data Deletion Request". Eligible requests are reviewed in accordance with applicable laws.

Legal bases and purposes

RFQ and order data is processed for requested pre-contract steps and contract performance. Support, security, fraud prevention and service improvement rely on legitimate interests; accounting and compliance records meet legal obligations. Optional analytics operates only with consent where required.

Retention periods

Unsuccessful RFQs and enquiries are normally retained up to 24 months; customer, order, invoice, tax and compliance records as required by law, generally up to 10 years; security logs and consent records normally up to 12 months.

International transfers

RFQ data may be shared with relevant suppliers, logistics providers and operational teams outside the EEA or Türkiye when necessary, using an adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses or another lawful safeguard where required.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection and withdraw consent. Contact [email protected]. You may complain to your competent data protection authority.

Essential cookies support security, language, RFQ submission and consent preferences.
