Include brand, complete part number, quantity, delivery country and required date. State whether a new item, exact replacement or reviewed equivalent is acceptable.
Attach nameplate photos, drawings, datasheets or a previous supplier reference when the code is incomplete, obsolete or copied from equipment.

The reviewed response can confirm available commercial options, lead time, documentation, stock-backed dispatch route, door-to-door delivery options, shipping-cost terms and any clarification needed before ordering.
