تحترم Axiparts خصوصية المستخدمين التجاريين وفرق المشتريات وزوار الموقع. توضح هذه السياسة كيفية جمع واستخدام وحماية المعلومات المرسلة عبر نماذج RFQ ونماذج الاتصال وأدوات البحث وقنوات التواصل التجاري.
كيفية معالجة بيانات RFQ والاتصال
المعلومات التي نجمعها
قد نعالج بيانات الاتصال التجارية ومعلومات الشركة وتفاصيل طلب المنتج وأرقام القطع والملاحظات الفنية ومتطلبات التسليم وسجلات التواصل التي يقدمها المستخدمون طوعاً.
كيفية استخدام المعلومات
تستخدم المعلومات لمعالجة طلبات عروض الأسعار، التحقق من متطلبات المنتج، التواصل مع الموردين أو شركاء اللوجستيات عند الحاجة، تحسين الخدمات والرد على استفسارات العملاء.
التحليلات وملفات الارتباط
إذا سمح الزائر بملفات ارتباط التحليلات، فقد تستخدم Axiparts خدمات Google Analytics وMicrosoft Clarity وYandex Metrica لفهم الاستخدام الإجمالي للموقع وخرائط الحرارة وسلوك الجلسات وأداء أسواق البحث. يظل تخزين الإعلانات معطلاً ويمكن تغيير التفضيلات من إعدادات ملفات الارتباط.
مشاركة البيانات
لا نبيع البيانات الشخصية. قد تتم مشاركة المعلومات فقط عند الحاجة لإدارة عروض الأسعار أو التوريد أو التنسيق اللوجستي أو الامتثال أو منع الاحتيال أو الالتزامات القانونية.
حذف البيانات
يمكن للمستخدمين طلب حذف البيانات المرسلة عبر البريد إلى info@axiparts.com بعنوان "طلب حذف البيانات". تتم مراجعة الطلبات المؤهلة وفقاً للقوانين المعمول بها.

Axiparts, Lise-Meitner-Straße 13, 89081 Ulm, Germany. Privacy requests may be sent to info@axiparts.com. The contracting legal entity is also identified on the applicable quotation, order confirmation or invoice.
Legal bases and purposes
RFQ and order data is processed for requested pre-contract steps and contract performance. Support, security, fraud prevention and service improvement rely on legitimate interests; accounting and compliance records meet legal obligations. Optional analytics operates only with consent where required.
Retention periods
Unsuccessful RFQs and enquiries are normally retained up to 24 months; customer, order, invoice, tax and compliance records as required by law, generally up to 10 years; security logs and consent records normally up to 12 months.
International transfers
RFQ data may be shared with relevant suppliers, logistics providers and operational teams outside the EEA or Türkiye when necessary, using an adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses or another lawful safeguard where required.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection and withdraw consent. Contact info@axiparts.com. You may complain to your competent data protection authority.
Cookies and analytics providers
Essential cookies support security, language, RFQ submission and consent preferences. With permission, Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and Yandex Metrica may receive device, browser, page, interaction and approximate-location data. Advertising storage remains disabled; optional analytics can be rejected in cookie settings.
Recipients and security
Recipients may include hosting, email, security, analytics, suppliers and logistics partners strictly as needed. Role-based access, transport encryption, access controls and monitoring are used.
