The Asa MODEL:N6 is a high-precision industrial flow meter designed for the accurate measurement of demi water. This device features a robust external housing constructed from AISI 304 stainless steel, while the internal wetted parts, including the float and float stops, are manufactured from AISI 316 L stainless steel for superior durability. The unit utilizes a Pyrex glass tube and PTFE seals to ensure reliable performance within an operating temperature range of 0 degC to 120 degC, with a standard operating temperature of 25 degC. Engineered for demanding environments, the component supports a flow rate between 100 and 1000 kg/h, a maximum pressure of 14 bar, and an operating pressure of 6 kg/cm2. It is equipped with vertical inlet and outlet flanged connections conforming to PN 1 DN 20 UNI EN 1092-1 standards, a 500mm scale length, and a protective plexiglass cover that provides an accuracy of plus or minus 1 percent full scale. This flow meter is an essential component for routine system maintenance and is ideal for replacing worn instrumentation in liquid processing lines.
