BRAND RFQ PROCUREMENT GUIDE
Wikus part-number requests, old references, equipment labels and technical documents can be reviewed through the Axiparts quotation process. This guide summarizes the details procurement teams should send for faster identification and quotation review.
Brand, MPN, OEM reference, old code, nameplate and photos are reviewed to avoid wrong item matching.
Supplier-side availability, replacement references and delivery options are checked per RFQ case.
Quantity, destination, urgency and technical notes are used to prepare a formal quotation response.
Wikus requests are reviewed with the brand, part number, quantity and destination context. Datasheets, photos and old references can be added to the sourcing review when the exact item is unclear.
Axiparts can review brand and part-number requests through an RFQ review process. Final availability, price and lead time require supplier verification.
Photos, nameplates, old references, datasheets and equipment model details can help identify the requested item.
Alternative references can be reviewed where applicable, but compatibility must be confirmed before purchasing decisions.
Brand names and part numbers are used for identification and RFQ matching only. Stock, price and lead time are not guaranteed before written quotation confirmation.
